SHIPPING
Your order will be sent out within 48 hours from my little corner of Scotland. I post with InPost, straight to your door. If you’d prefer to collect from a locker or pick-up point, just let me know. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days in the UK.
Each item is carefully packed to arrive safely and undamaged. If there’s any problem when your parcel arrives, please contact me as soon as you receive it, I’ll be happy to assist.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
