Buying from me
You can expect your item to be sent within 3 days of receipt of payment. Any changes to this will be shown in Shop Announcements eg. if I am away.
All items will be sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail.
Your item will be packaged mainly using recycled packaging and as little plastic as possible. I would be thrilled if you could continue to re-use any packaging you receive from me.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
