Buying from me

Physical items will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
The exceptions to this are weekends and Bank Holidays.
When orders are received on Friday orders will be processed on the following Monday.
For Bank holidays I add an extra day. Except for Christmas when the shop is closed for the festive season.
from the last day for 2nd class postage (Monday 18th 2024) until the 3rd of January.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
