As the last date for Christmas post is Friday the 20th of December, please get in touch with us to check before placing an order that is required before Christmas. Many of our items are made to order but we do have a lot of items in stock so please send us a message with your requirements and we will see what we can do!

All of our products are handmade and made to order (personalised) and as such are non returnable unless faulty.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
