Buying from me
When buying from my shop I will ensure to send out your orders within 3 working days. I currently use the Royal Mail with 2nd class postage. This is so I can charge the minimal amount for your order, saving you on postage and packaging fees! All items will be carefully sealed in protective packaging and posted in non-bendable envelopes. For larger items, tissue paper and bubble wrap will be used as well as a sturdy box to ensure your item doesn’t get damaged in transit.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
