Every LUMINOUS product is handcrafted in the UK using carefully selected ingredients, premium fragrance oils and quality materials to create elegant home fragrance for everyday living.
Each order is prepared in small batches, carefully inspected and beautifully packaged before dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days using secure packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Every LUMINOUS product is handcrafted in small batches in the UK. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may naturally occur, making each piece unique.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, lit, opened or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the product and its packaging. We will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
