Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days, with each candle securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Every candle is crafted in a classic Saxon wine goblet, chosen for its timeless form and elegant glow — turning simple moments into quiet rituals.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
As each LUMINOUS candle is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in colour and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the candle’s unique character.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted on used or lit candles unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
