All handmade items are made to order. Delivery time is around 3-5 working days. UK orders are by Royal Mail 48 hours, International orders are by international standard. Please contact me if you want to upgrade postage.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving order if you have any problem. Please keep the original
packing and make sure they are unused, no odor and perfume on the items. If return item is no longer
used or other reasons by the buyer, delivery and return postage are non-refundable except faulty item.
