Your order is unique and as such will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper before being packaged carefully. A care leaflet is also provided for you.
Please note that for environmental reasons, we will recycle and re-use packaging wherever possible.
Your order will be dispatched 1-2 days after you place your order, and delivery is via 2nd class Royal Mail
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
order can be cancelled within 7 days of order if item is in original, and unused, undamaged condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty. Buyer is also responsible for ensuring that the item arrives back safely, and choosing a suitable shipping method. A refund cannot be issued for items that to do not arrive back, or arrive back damaged.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
