Buying from me
I sell quality yarns from Fyberspates and Jamieson & Smith. The weights range from 1ply and up. The fibre contents are acrylic, silk, lambswool and pure wool. Some are handwash only and some are machine wash.
I also sell high quality fine lace shawls, stoles and scarves of lacy designs, some of which are my own.
All my UK sales are sent by RM 48 and each parcel is collected by RM the day after the sale.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
