Buying from me
Once you have made a purchase from me, I will aim to post within 3 days, please be aware that your item may arrive in recycled packaging to limit waste.
If you decide after purchasing or receiving your item that you no longer require this, i will accept the item to be returned but postage will need to be covered by the buyer.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
