You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Items should arrive within 3 -5 days of payment and are posted first class recorded delivery using Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated. Being kind to the environment is important to me, so I use is recycled and biodegradable packaging wherever possible. Should you wish to return an item, you will be refunded fully on your purchase, but I ask that you pay for postage. Should your purchase ever need repairing or altering I would be happy to help.
