It takes me a few weeks to make and fire my ceramics. Please allow 4-5 weeks from making to delivery.
Most items can be shipped within 3-4 days, if they are available and not a commissioned work.
Each sale page will refer to which option is available.
Please let me know if you would like anything doing in a particular colour and size.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
