Buying from me
I make all my products by hand in my studio. If you would like a custom order or if something is sold out, please contact me. I make a new item only when the previous has sold, so there is usually only 1 of each available. If you want more than 1 of any item, contact me.
I try to be as eco-conscious as possible, so I try to use only plastic-free or recyclable/recycled packaging. If it's available, I will always choose the organic version of any supplies I use.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
