Buying from me
Each item is hand-burned using pyrography, not laser etched. As I work with natural wood, every piece has its own grain, markings and character. Ready-made items are usually posted within 3–5 working days. Personalised or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer, depending on the design. I’m happy to discuss custom orders where possible, so please feel free to get in touch if you have an idea for a personalised gift or a design you’d like me to create.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
