Buying from me
All items will arrive attached to a card backing in a cotton bag or in a gift box (this will be detailed in each listing).
Although some items are in stock, most will be made to order, so please allow 14 days for your item to be carefully crafted. I will keep you updated about your order.
They will be posted within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature and to the EU with Royal Mail international tracked and signed.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
