Thanks for stopping by! I will always endeavour to ship items as quickly as possible and I am often able to combine shipping fees for multiple purchases. As all of my pieces are made entirely by hand they sometimes have slight variances in the design - but I'd like to think this shows their bespoke nature.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
