When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or for any other purpose other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Hopefully you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are not totally satisfied you have 14 days from receipt in which to notify me of your wish to return, and 14 days to return the goods. Please inform me of your intent to return, prior to shipping.
Items should be returned in a secure parcel, in original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged and devoid of odours eg. smoke, for a full refund and to avoid a reduction in the reimbursement. I will arrange a refund within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting or send Tracked for your own insurance, should the parcel become lost. The cost of return shipping is your (the buyers) responsibility.
International buyers when returning an item, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges and attach a completed customs declaration. I am not responsible for any returns stopped at Customs due to not being clearly marked. In this instance you will be responsible for any Customs and admin costs incurred.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct initial / spelling or measurement is given for any personalised, bespoke or customised items. For obvious reasons it is not possible to re sell, and therefore accept returns on personalised, bespoke and customised items.
Should your parcel arrive damaged please let me know upon receipt. Photographs of the item and packaging will be required, and in some cases the item and packaging returned for Royal Mail inspection. A full refund will be given.
Lost - Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until at least -
18 working days have passed for UK mail
25 working days have passed for Europe
32 working days have passed for Rest of World
Majority of parcels do turn up eventually, your patience will always be appreciated.
Undeliverable - Items that are returned to me as undeliverable will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
