If you see something you like but would prefer a different style of earring, such as a hoop, hook or stud, please just let me know. I’m always happy to make little changes where I can. If there’s another design or style you’ve seen that you’d like, feel free to ask and I’ll see what I can do.
All orders are beautifully packaged in tissue paper and an organza gift bag, making them perfect for gifting, or as a little treat for yourself.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your earrings arrive faulty or damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I’ll be happy to help.
I also accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the earrings are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Any free gifts included with your order must also be returned.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for earrings that have been worn for hygiene reasons.
