Hi and welcome to my shop. I'm happy to take custom orders on some of my makes - silk scarves and heart shaped flower wreaths. Simply let me know what you have in mind and I'll do my best to help. I always re-use packaging to send your items in - I hate waste ! If the item is in stock I usually send out within 1-2 days of purchase. If it's a custom order then the time varies depending on what the item is. Message me with your enquiry.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
