Hello and Welcome to The Birch Hen Gifts. My name is Sarah and I'm a chicken hugging creator responsible for this little shop.
Now for the boring bit! All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class as Standard, all UK orders will be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service.
All International Orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, with the exception of Greeting Cards which are sent using Royal Mail International Standard Service.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
