I SouthwaySilver am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

All designs are individually by hand thus they may slightly differ from the photograph. All designs are made from scratch using sterling Eco silver, this means that we smelt the grain into ingots, then hand make this into sheet or draw it into wire.
You can upgrade your postage to insured next day, special delivery, by choosing this item in the shop and adding this to your trolley.
All of our pieces are individually designed and hand-crafted, using traditional jewellery making techniques. We are proud to offer a range of jewellery, which combines nature and tradition to create beautiful pieces.
When you buy from us, you'll have something special; no other piece will ever be exactly the same due to the handmade nature of each item.
We are also able to make bespoke items, please contact us for a quote.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please double-check all the details before proceeding to check out. If, however, you find a mistake in the address or need to cancel the order due to other reasons, you can do so only before your piece is sent to work, which is usually about 3 hours after you place the order. Please contact me at fredswinson@southwaysilver.co.uk as fast as possible, and I will confirm whether your order can be changed or cancelled.
If your order is personalised and made specifically for you, I currently do not accept returns and exchanges unless it is found to be damaged or faulty.
Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons unless found to be faulty.
If you received damaged or faulty jewellery pieces, please email me with a picture to fredswinson@southwaysilver.co.uk within 3 working days to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund (full or partial).
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me. It is recommended that you send it suitably packaged via a safe, trackable service to insure it against loss or damage in transit.
Your refund can only be issued once I receive the returned goods. It will be credited to the original purchaser’s card or account. I will issue your refund within 48 hours of receipt (exceptions may apply). It may take up to 7 working days for your payment card company to credit your card.
