Buying from me

Welcome to my Folsky shop, where I hope that you will find some jewellery to bring you joy.

Made to order/custom orders should be made and sent within 14 days, less if materials are in stock. We will let you know if it may be more.

In stock items will be dispatched within 3 days.

If the order is urgent then please contact us: we will try to expedite.

All items will be sent with proof of posting; over £20 will be tracked; over £50 will use a signed-for service.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Custom made items are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations, but if you are not happy with an item then please contact us, so that we can discuss your concern and try to resolve them: an alteration or exchange, may be possible, but this is at our discretion.
