Welcome to my Folksy shop, where I hope that you will find some jewellery to bring you joy.

In stock items dispatched within 3 days; made to order 14 days; hallmarked may take up to 28 days. If made to order or hallmark items are in stock they may be dispatched much sooner. We will let you know if it may be more. If the order is urgent then please contact us: we will do our very best.

Items <= £25 will have proof of posting, > £25 will use tracked service, >£60 will use signed-for.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Custom made items are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations, but if you are not happy with an item then please contact us, so that we can discuss your concern and try to resolve them: an alteration or exchange, may be possible, but this is at our discretion.
