Buying from me
I'm usually able to post orders within three days of purchase, but as i'm a shift worker it may sometimes take a little longer. I will always send you a message to keep you updated on when I have posted your item or if I am running a little late. If you need your item quickly, please let me know and I may be able to make arrangements for someone to post the item on my behalf.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
