When Buying from us you know you will be getting hand made items or art created solely by ourselves here in Pembrokeshire, we treat each item with great care and appreciate that you the customer are doing us the honour of allowing our craft a place in your home . for that we thank you.
your item will be sent to you within a couple of days either by royal mail or by a reputable courier if its a large item . we hope you love your purchase and again thankyou
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
