I'm Louise, 37. PaperHeartCreations specialises in designing handmade unique framed artwork, confetti, favours and decor for special occasions.
We cater for all occasions - engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, christenings, baptisms, new additions.. the list is endless!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I hope you will be happy with your item. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will either exchange or refund the item (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs).
Custom Orders:
I do not accept returns on custom or personalised items, unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit. Please provide photos to document the damage/error and I will do my very best to resolve any issues.
Broken / Defective / Wrong Item:
If your order has been damaged in the mail, or there is some type of error, I will fix it with no additional cost to you. Please provide photos to document the damage/error. I will then provide you with a refund or exchange (your choice).
