I try to keep everything I list in stock but during busy times some items may be made-to-order. If you need something urgently, please send me a message to check it's available and I'll do my best to dispatch it quickly.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We can't accept returns on items that have been personalised or for custom made orders. Once we start to make a custom order it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if cancellation is possible or if you wish to make changes to your order.
