Due to working with nature, slight differences may occur within my work. As nature and its materials can be unpredictable
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Items can not be returned.
If broken in transit please contact me, so we can resolve together
Please note as I work with nature and not against, slight differences can occur in my work.
I will list each item as accurately as I can
Items will be posted within 3/5 days
If you require anything made to order a deposit will be required and there will be lead time on this, which will be discussed at time of order.
Buyers must pay for postage on returns
