We're an independent business who always hand - crochet our plushies with love. We are available to custom order - if you wish to have a plushie custom made, call/text 07593 790037 on WhatsApp or Messages. We ship our items within 1 - 3 business days - however, this may take longer during holiday periods. If your delivery will take longer than expected, we will inform as soon as you order.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
