Buying from me
We create bespoke crafts that are unique to you, and you only. Most designs are made using vintage and modern buttons, metal embellishments and a range of other materials & each design is exclusive to itself. I cannot replicate them exactly (but will try), this is due to each material differing and being unique to one another. Each creation that you purchase from us are therefore completely unique to you!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
