I source my timbers locally, supporting small sawmills, or FCA approved timber from larger retailers.
All of my products are handmade by me. I only make small batches of products where appropriate, nothing is mass produced.
Wood is a natural product that never stops moving. Although I try and allow for this when crafting, some movement may occur.
All of my items are in stock, but please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Wood is a natural product that continues to move. It moves with the seasons, and in modern times, moves with the central heating!
When making things from wood, I try and allow for the movement when designing. But it doesn't always work....so if a small crack appears, it's just the wood doing it's thing.
