Buying from me
I can create personalised cards and gifts, eg clay gift tags, decorations, tree ornaments etc. Names and ages can be added to the front of a card. Just message me your wishes or if you have a particular theme thats not covered in my shop. I can also send direct to your desired recipient to save postage, just let me know their details and any message to be written. All gifts and cards will be sent in a strong cardboard envelope/box.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
