Hello! Thank you for your interest. I will ship items usually the next business day if an order is received before 4pm by Royal Mail 2nd class. If you need your items quicker, please get in touch before ordering! I usually reply to emails in the evening.

I am happy to take on commissions using wood in a diode laser no larger than 390 x 390 mm. Enquiries are free, so please get in touch. If I can't meet your needs, I will try to direct you to someone who can.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
