I, Jolanta Podgajna, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
If you wish to have a different size or colour of the gloves than shown on my side please contact me.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I post the sold items within three working days after I receive the payment.
UK orders are posted by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery (delivery aim 1 working day).
International orders are posted by Royal Mail standard airmail - proof of posting is obtained (delivery aim 5 working days).
Please note that those delivery times cannot be guaranteed and it is possible that delivery can take much longer. Please be aware I can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of my control such as postal strikes.
I do recommend that you allow more time for Christmas deliveries.
Should there be a problem at any stage please do email me and we I will do my best to help.
For a full refund you can return an unused item(s) within 14 days starting from the date after you received the ordered goods.
If you wish to return an item please contact me first by email. Please be aware that the postage will be on your expense.
