Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
PROCESSING TIME: Each item is handmade with care in my UK studio. Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days after payment is received. For custom-made orders, please allow a little extra time for the creative process.
DELIVERY: All orders are sent from the UK via Royal Mail. I am happy to offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all purchases. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me directly before sending any items back. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives faulty. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of posting.
EXCEPTIONS: Due to hygiene reasons, EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED unless they arrive faulty. Custom-made or personalised items are also non-refundable.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible through Folksy messaging — I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly.
