Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
From 6-11th December, I’ll be selling in person at a Christmas Market (check my Instagram for more details if you’d like to visit, see my work, and browse some special pieces not available online).
During the daytime on these dates, I’ll be putting my Folksy shop into holiday mode to avoid any chance of double-selling my unique items. I’ll reactivate the stock each evening.
If you spot something you love, feel free to email me and I’ll do my best to reserve it for you.
