Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All items are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post within 1-5 days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please allow up to 10 business days as delays can sometimes happen.. If you require an item quicker please message me and I will do all I can to help.

If you are not Happy with your purchase please contact me within 48 hrs
Refunds are not available on items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements unless we are at fault so please check your spellings!
Refunds accepted on all other items. Please do contact us with any concerns.

If postage tracking information shows that the item was delivered or left in a safe place, or handed to a neighbour to sign, and you don't have it/or didn't get it...no refunds will be given as it will then be a matter for your Post Office to deal with.
