Buying from me
Everything is printed to order in my workshop on the Isle of Wight. Nothing is held in stock.
Any item can be printed in a colour other than the one photographed. Message me before ordering with the colour you want and I will confirm it before printing.
Most orders are dispatched within three working days.
These are 3D printed rather than moulded, so fine layer lines are visible in the surface. That is normal.
For several of something, or a size not listed, message me first.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Read the Folksy Returns Policy.
