Inspired by the many hares around our village, maddingly too fast and skittish for me to capture via photograph, this piece evolved from the way the hare sits watching from a distance and then runs off at speed to the safety of shelter. I was drawn to earthy tones and particularly love the ethereal spirit of the hare darting away.

Ceramic wall hanging, Spirit of the Hare is a bespoke design handpainted, on hand cut bisque ware. Glazed to a durable finish, decor only.
Approx 22cm x 19cm this piece has a wall hook attached.
