Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again.
I will be re-stocking slowly but surely after Christmas, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

I have found this vintage fabric in other colourways, but this is the one for me.
Not for the fainthearted, but for the bold and beautiful, it makes up into a great slouchy bag.

Bold 1970’s vintage floral print across your body bag or beach bag.
This across your body bag is made from an amazing bold print from a classic co-ordinating bedroom set from the 1970’s.
A fabulous original, it really packs a punch, while its unusual colour combination means it still looks cool today.
This is a soft, slouchy bag, meant to be worn with the strap across the body. It would make a great beach bag.
The fabric is a soft open weave. It has been backed onto cotton to give it some strength.
It is lined with the same fabric.
It measures 34cm across its widest point.
It tapers to 30cm at its narrowest point.
From the lowest part of the scoop to the base, it measures 32cm.
There is a tuck at either end, forming a base of 4 cm wide.
The actual length of the strap is 118 cm, but taking into account the scoop design, it feels like 130 cm.
There is a black wooden toggle button and loop closure.
The bag is finished off with one of my embroidered name tags.
I make my bags up one by one, and so the placement of the pattern will vary from bag to bag. Same lovely fabric tho.
I like to reuse as much as possible. Your bag will be posted out using clean, re-cycled packaging.
It will be posted out Royal Mail 2nd class, with proof of posting. Royal Mail aim to deliver this within 3 working days.
