Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again. I re-stock slowly but surely, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

This fabulous vintage Sanderson fabric was a remnant in the charity shop where I volunteer. I couldn’t pass that by! There are some other complementary Morris and Co and William Morris print bags also in my shop right now.

Full description
This practical little make up or toiletries bag is perfect to store small amounts of toiletries or make up for a weekend away. Its beautiful autumn colours of rust, peach and gold are from the classic Morris and Co design Golden Lily. This is a remnant printed for Sanderson and still so popular today. It would make a great early Christmas present buy for a lover of vintage Morris and Co textiles, for anyone going away to Uni, or as a present for Mum.
The fabric has been backed onto canvas to give it some body.
It measures 22 cm across, widening slightly towards the base, and the height is 15 cm.
There is a 20 cm green zip fastening, and a boxed base makes it a little more roomy.
It is lined with old skool black and white striped ticking and there is finger hook so you can hang it up and admire the print. The bag is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
Please note the pattern placement may vary from bag to bag.
Please wash on a short, cool cycle or hand wash, and leave to dry naturally.
I like to recycle where I can. Your bag will be posted out using clean, recycled packaging, and sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.
