I love slowstitching, embellishing and decorating fabric with small pieces of left over fabric and embroidery. It is a great way to use up all the lovely bits and bobs that are left over from a larger project. I also try and recycle and repurpose as much as I can. I thought these colours worked well together and I was very happy to find the pale blue cotton rope in my sewing box. It was perfect for a strap!

Full description
This little bag is handmade from boiled wool and decorated with slowstitching, some tweed and a piece of cotton tartan. There is a lovely glass bead and wrap around ribbon as the closure and it is fully lined with cotton and it has a long cotton rope for a strap( 30" doubled ) It is vey soft and squidgy.
