This pouch was made in response to an online slowstitch challenge. The idea was to make a trifold pouch using vintage and repurposed fabric pieces and decorate it with slow- stitching and anything else you fancied. I had lovely pieces of French lace and pieces of fabric in these colours. I think the buttons and beads add a nice finishing touch.

Handy pouch, great for make-up or pens and pencils...anything you need to keep close by. Its made with vintage cotton fabrics, embroideries,French lace,buttons, beads and cotton fabric scraps. It is decorated with kantha stitching. It is fully lined and padded with organic cotton, enabling you to keep glasses or a phone inside. Theres a wrap around velvet ribbon for closure. Inside pocket measures 7" x 4" approx. Exterior measures 5.25 x 8.25 " ( folded)
