Full description
Add a touch of luxury with this woodland themed wall hanging, made from soft eco bamboo string. A warm emerald green giving a richness which is added to by the sheen of the bamboo cord.
In the background the leafy branches stretch towards each other, whilst in the foreground a tree sits centre stage between two sennits. Vines of ivy twist their way round the trunk of the tree, up through its branches and wind their way out round the sennits to the tree branch supporting the whole wall hanging. The roots of the tree spread out from the trunk across the cords.
The branch is part of a discarded Christmas tree that has been lovingly sanded smooth and polished with natural bees wax to bring out the rich colours in the wood.
It is a captured moment in nature with a sense of both the quiet calm and wonderment of the natural world.
measurements: length of the branch is65cm, the wall hanging drops 75cm from the top of the branch, The width of the macrame design is 55cm. to give a rough guide, the distance between the hanging cord and the top of the branch in the photos is 17cm.
To keep postage costs to a minimum I will send this wall hanging out via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked service.
