Full description
Hand-embroidered stylised flowers cushion. A rectangular cushion in pale grey fabric with hand-embroidered appliqué flowers in a stylised style and neutral colours. The cushion fabric is a lovely pale grey and has a tweed-like feel and look. The flowers are mostly circles which I've hand-cut from a variety of types of fabric, including metallic gold net, satin, organza and viscose-type fabrics. To the centres of most of the flowers, I've added buttons or textured flowers cut from the pattern of an embroidered fabric. I’ve hand-embroidered extra detailing on the flowers using a variety of stitches. The flower colours are lovely neutral shades of cream, white, brown, golden beige, copper and gold. The straight stems and the leaves are hand embroidered in a pale zesty green. The cover has a concealed zip along the bottom and comes with a polyester hollow fibre cushion pad, which conforms to safety regulations.
This beautiful and unique cushion would be the perfect accessory for any sofa, and would make a lovely gift - perhaps for a new home. I've chosen neutral colours that will blend beautifully with almost any décor. The hand-embroidery adds a luxurious touch to the unique design of this cushion.
