INTERNATIONAL POST - I'm in the process of updating postage for the US and have temporarily removed it from my listings whilst I recalculate the prices to include the new taxes and handling fees which have to be paid prior to my items entering the US. This listing is for a unique, hand embroidered pincushion. A one of a kind cupcake style pin cushion designed and created by Bearlescent.
AT approx 4" in diameter this is a good sized pin cushion, filled very firmly to hold all your needles and pins and prevent them being lost inside the embroidered piece.
A lovely hand embroidered design using various threads in pale pinks, greys and greens onto natural silk noil fabric.
Three layers of fabric make this strong enough to use for many years to come. A lovely heirloom piece that would make a special gift.
The silk noil embroidered top was backed with cotton fabric to stabalise and strengthen; a seperate cotton form was made first and the finished piece was laced over the top forming a triple layer.
Fitted to a 4" wooden bowl and finished with crochet cotton lace and a pink satin ribbon bow.
This will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class parcel post and will require a signature upon delivery.,
