Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

Meet Miss Penelope a beautiful luxury mohair artist bear, designed for the adult collector by Bearlescent.
Miss Penelope is approx 11.5" tall and handcrafted from Helmbold 12mm mohair in moorland bracken, a lovely traditional teddy bear gold mohair.
She has wool felt paw pads in beach sand which have been hand embroidered with florals in various orange, coppers and greens. One side of her chest has been embroidered onto the fur to match.
Miss Penelope has beautiful English glass eyes in dark topaz and a hand embroidered black nose.
She is fitted with 5 cotter pin fitments making her a fully poseable bear.
She wears her name on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Miss Penelope wears a floppy style hat made from lovely ditsy print cotton fabric in sand and decorated with hand made felt roses. She is finished with a piece of hand dyed silk ribbon in oranges around her neck.
Miss Penelope has an air of grace around her, sophisticated and a very peaceful bear she would suit any surroundings and would make a lovely heirloom gift or a unique addition to a bear collection.
She has been added to my bear register and will arrive with birth certificate.
Miss Penelope will be carefully wrapped and posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery, I will upgrade the postage.
Miss Penelope has been created as an adult collectable only and due to her glass eyes and cotter pin fitments she is not suitable for children under 14.
