I love this stitch. It lends itself to a perfect back drop for my knitted flowers. The alliums will soon be dominating the borders.

A beautifully hand knitted pastel green tea pot cosie with a large knitted allium flower.The body of the cosie is knitted in a beautiful pastel green coloured yarn, using my statement trellis stitch. Nestled on the top is a large allium flower in a lilac colured yarn, that has a curly pale green stem. The cosie is tied together using a handmade cord in a matching pastel green coloured yarn. The cosie will fit snuggly but with enough ease for a swift removal when a top up is required. The tea pot handle peeps through the side opening so it dosnt get too hot to handle. The tea cosie will fit a standard 4 - 6 cup tea pot.
Perfect house warming gift or wedding present.
