Full description
A tea pot cosie, hand knitted in blue and green hues, with a large anemone flower atop. Starting at the hem I have knitted the rib in a lime green coloured yarn. Then using three different coloured yarns; nordic blue, duck egg blue and lime green, I have knitted a wonderful tweed stitch tea cosie body. Nestled on the top, giving extra insulation at the top of the pot where most heat escapes from, there is a large anemone flower knitted using the nordic blue yarn for the centre and pistachio green petals all highlighted with a little mint green spot in the centre of each petal. This stitch ensures a good fit around the pot, yet has enough ease for a swift removal when a 'top - up' is required. The tea pot handle peeps through the side opening so it dosnt get too hot to handle. A perfect house warming gift, or for yourself...... just because it looks pretty on the kitchen work top.
